Ground Transportation from West Palm Beach International Airport

The Hilton Palm Beach Airport runs a regular complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. When you make your hotel reservations, you can inquire about this free service. You can also call the Hilton from the kiosk at the airport.

Accommodations

Space has been reserved at the Hilton Palm Beach Airport, at a special conference rate, for conference participants. Please make your reservations directly with the hotel by February 6, 2009. We cannot guarantee the conference rate after this date. Please mention TASS to qualify for the conference rate. For more information regarding hotel reservations go to Accommodations.

TASS rate $178 (USA) per night plus 10% tax (single or double room)

Transportation from the hotel to Palm Beach Atlantic University Campus

There will be a free shuttle service from the Hilton Palm Beach Airport to and from the conference events each day. Shuttle times will be available at the front desk and at the reception Sunday night.
