TASS conference registration is online only. The online form and instructions can be found below.
Early registration is encouraged. The conference fee includes all conference materials, Sunday night reception, lunch on Monday and Tuesday and breaks. The Embassy Suites will provide breakfast for its guests for each day of stay. The early registration fee of $335.00 (USA) will be offered to those participants who register by February 18, 2011. The conference fee after February 18, 2011 is $365.00 (USA). A group rate of $275.00 (USA) for 10 or more people from the same institution is available. All presenters must register for the conference. Due to budgetary constraints, it is not possible to offer honorarium or waiver of the registration fee to presenters.
The TASS conference offers a graduate student registration rate of $200 (USA) for the full conference if the participant registers by February 18, 2010 (after this date, a $30 late fee will be applied.) In order to qualify for this rate, you must have graduate student status with a course load of at least 6 graduate hours. Upon submission of your registration fee, a copy of your schedule or a letter from your advisor will be required. If your proposal is accepted, you will be listed in the conference program as a graduate student presenter.
Cancellations/Substitutions
Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations prior to February 18, 2011 will result in a refund less a $30.00 (USA) processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after February 18, 2011.
Online Reservation
Reserve a spot for this year's conference by registering online. Submission of the reservation form will hold your place. Payment must still be sent by mail.
You can pay by check, credit card, or bill it to your respective institution/organization.
